Serious about the craft.

  • A strong record of research and writing — clarity matters more than volume.
  • Curiosity about procedure, evidence and the record, not only the headline issue.
  • Care with deadlines, filings and correspondence; the details are the work.
  • Discretion with client information and mature judgement under pressure.
  • Willingness to appear, argue and take responsibility as confidence grows.
  • For internships: a genuine interest in litigation and a clear indication of your available dates.
